It's been some time since I last checked my web design feed. I took a look at it now and found some great, fresh designs really worth sharing with you guys. There's a bunch of new clean layouts that are just awesome.<!--break--> I've seen some posts on trends for 2011, but I'd like to know from you guys: what do you think will be hot in 2011? Jackson, the firm Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, founded in 1965, presents a vast variety of projects with different scales, types and features, his works always show an architecture with a lot of quality.<!--break--> Founded in 1965, Bohlin Cywinski Jackson has offices in Wilkes-Barre, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Seattle and San Francisco. During the more than 40 year career they won more than 450 awards both regional, domestic and international. In 1994 the firm received the AIA, American Institute of Architects, the Architecture Firm Award, and continues to developing large projects primarily in the United States.
The repertoire of projects is vast, but have a large portfolio in the area educacioanal, working for several American universities. Since I was a kid I really love horror movies, there's something about this kind of movie that really catches my attention, maybe the fear component. Lately, I noticed that some of the most classic horror movies have received a remake version and I found that a comparison between the two versions was a good idea for a post.Most of this original posters were made on a time before photoshop and other image editing softwares, some were illustrations and manual photomontages. In the other hand, the remakes were done recently, they have a lot of image editing and manipulation. In order to compare both, I posted first the original poster and after the remake poster, you should try to choose your favorite poster for each movie and, of course, don't forget to watch them too. Some people are simply born with amazing gift, like the power to make plain paper become multi-layered pieces of art. That's exactly the case of Cheong-ah Hwang's, an Korean artist.<!--break--> The most awesome part is that Hwang is a self-taught artist which just makes this gift even more special.
